Meet Pierre Ricardinio

Ricardinio never knew his biological parents. He was taken in by a relative, but
unfortunately, the treatment he received was so harsh that he had to flee. Seeking refuge, he found himself at the Papillon Center until authorities at the center reported his case to IBESR.
Subsequently, he was registered and remained under the care of the Papillon Center for a
period. However, when the center ceased its operations in Haiti, they directed Ricardinio’s case to the hospital operated by our little brothers and sisters. It was through their
intervention that Ricardinio found a home at CHOAIDS. Since then, he has found safety and attends school like any child his age.
