Meet Guerbenson Laguerre

Guerbenson lived with his father following the death of his mother. Unfortunately, his father was unable to afford medical care for Guerbenson, resulting in a severe infection (tuberculosis). Additionally, Guerbenson’s grandmother discontinued treatment because she was unable to transport him to appointments. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, the GCH team intervened and arranged for Guerbenson to receive specialized care. It was during this process that the CHOAIDS institution welcomed Guerbenson into their care.
