Rose Arlie lived with her mother, who neglected to take her medication while pregnant, resulting in the transmission of HIV to the baby. Due to financial constraints, Rose’s mother was unable to provide adequate care for her. Consequently, Rose’s grandmother sought assistance from GCH social workers to find a suitable home where Rose could receive the necessary care and support.
