Caring for Haitian Orphans with AIDS, Inc. has:

Cared for 12 HIV-infected children since 2003 and is now caring for six; four girls and twin boys.

Provides care to our children who receive antiretroviral therapy, vitamins, meal supplements, education, psychological and religious support.

Hhires HIV-positive women to deliver direct care to HIV-infected children.

CHOAIDS uses a group home model to provide long-term and comprehensive care to HIV-positive children ages 5-12 years.

CHOAIDS creates employment for persons living with HIV and AIDS.

Our Immediate Needs

Consistency in funding to continue the work in Haiti:

• Hire one more HIV-positive woman to assist the current “mother;” and
• Some basic and important needs of our children:

• Children’s vitamins
• Children’s furniture
• Outdoor and indoor toys for both girls and boys, and
• Clothes for newly arrived children.
